I used to take notes in English during my French-speaking history/geography lessons in senior year, since my exam was going to be in English. It's just about taking the habit, really. But anyway, no, this talk was in English. Though I have prettied up my notes to make them understandable to any and all. There are lots more weird symbols and tons of broken syntax and very few sentences that actually make any grammatical sense in my notes. :p They're notes.
