I'll second you (especially since I notice how much VO there was in Rennes)
Besides, I'll pick a good crêpe over a macaron anytime. I know the very best place for crêpes (but it's not in Rennes :-P), and, well, *I* can do macarons (and been told several time they tasted better than "real" macarons), whether crêpes are in fact much more tricky.
And, well, Brittany...... Sigh.... Good thing it decided to wave me goodbye with amazingly cool waves yesterday, that was a quite powerful "face à face"-with-the-sea time. Couldn't ride those nice waves due to an unfortunate lack of time, but got a bunch of good shots. And plenty of "embruns" all over my glasses. ::eg::
