They're not screaming! And they're certainly not running on four hands. All we saw was some guys with hand-made weapons. And they are the other survivors, I do believe. Who else? It makes sense to actually fabricate your own weapons even though "our" survivors clearly couldn't bother that much. I stand by my comment. I like the image. It looks like they actually have a chance at survival, like they actually adapted to the island. I like that idea. What makes you say they don't know what human is? Analucia looks human enough to me... Heh.
