Swing when you're winning...

We've just watched Swing Kids. Which isn't the best movie of all times at all, but it has a few actors I like, so. And, mostly, swing music. And lots of swing dancing. Although really there wasn't nearly enough of that.

The moral of the story is, I want to know how to dance swing. Like, really. It's so wild. It's crazy, and all over the place, and, I'm sure, so complex.

The though of swing dancing with Christian Bale is enough in itself, mind you.




Note to self: make a dancing icon. Seriously. What were you thinking.

I loooove swing dancing. I'm not very good at it, and I'd like to learn more, but I'm lazy. Ha. There's a swing club here once a week but I never go... :(

I seriously need to look up swing clubs next year. ...and, you know, get the money to pay for lessons, so maybe never mind. Ack! I'd still love to.

Also, if I'd watched it when I was 12, I would likely have cried my poor little pre-teen heart out. As it is, I just spent the whole movie joking with the girlfriend about all the gay love. ...and envy the swing dancers like crazy I love this music I wanna dance to it damnit!
