CALL FOR DRABBLES.

To celebrate the fact that I have just written a tiny minuscule fic, after so long spent not ficcing, people, ask me for drabbles before the writer's block comes back.

Fandoms I will write for, in no particular order: Buffy, Angel, Firefly, Dollhouse, Misfits, Skins (preferably the 'old' guys), Sherlock, Harry Potter, The Authority, Lucifer Box, the Nightrunners, Warchild and co, Alias, Spooks, Heroes (up until Adam's death), A Knight's Tale, Battlestar Galactica, Being Human (the original pilot only), Pitch Black, Dark Angel, Doctor Who/Torchwood, The Lord of the Rings, the Vampire Diaries, Supernatural, Chuck, Sons of Anarchy, Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles, True Blood, Shakespeare in Love...

I'm going to stop listing fandoms. Most of you know what you can ask from me. Ask me for a fandom, specific characters if you want, and give me a prompt.

Pretty please?

Wat's birthday tended to be a day he spent evading every one of his numerous siblings. He wasn't one for birthdays, neither his nor theirs, although for theirs he did make an effort.

Apparently, Geoff had decided to turn him around completely on the issue, and he was doing a bloody good job of it so far.

For starters, it was 11:30 and he still had not wished Wat a happy birthday.

It had all started that morning, when Wat had woken up to his favourite breakfast, brought to him in bed. Sausages, baked beans, scrambled eggs, buttered toast... Geoff hadn't forgotten a thing, and had acted as if it were perfectly natural.

They'd gone about their respective days as if nothing were the matter, and Geoff had even helped Wat escape when Alice had stopped by the café.

After closing, Geoff had taken him out to his favourite pub, and to the cinema, and now they were back home, thirty minutes from the end of his birthday, and it only suddenly struck Wat how difficult it must've been for Geoff, all day, to hold back his words.

He pulled him closer to him, arms around the taller man's waist. "Thank you."

"I have no idea what you're talking about, I'm sure," Geoff answered with a smile, playing with Wat's hair. Wat still had no idea what Geoff found so fascinating about his hair, but he let him play with it most of the time. It was a small thing to do.

"You do," he answered, stubbornly. "And I do," he added, and he meant much more than that. He knew that Geoff could tell, because Geoff had learned to tell, with him and his lack of skill with words.

"You do," Geoff confirmed warmly (even when he repeated Wat's words, it seemed to mean more, it seemed that everything Wat wanted to say resonated in his voice now), and stopped playing with his hair to cup his cheek instead, "and I do," and it seemed only logical, apparently to both of them, to punctuate that statement with a kiss.
