Come on courage, teach me to be shy

Here's a text gakked from my beloved [livejournal.com profile] greenie_breizh. Hope today was all you hoped for, love! And all all these couples hoped for, too.

1: Grab the book nearest to you, turn to page 18, find line 4. Write down what it says: "Tous les jours? Pendant ou entre les repas?" ("Every day? During or between meals?")

2: Stretch your left arm out as far as you can. What do you touch first?: an empty cd case

3: What is the last thing you watched on TV?: actual TV, *cringes* Smallville (and it was baaaaad), TV show, Farscape.

4: WITHOUT LOOKING, guess what the time is: 12:01

5: Now look at the clock, what is the actual time?: 12:26 (that proves my great sense of time...)

6: With the exception of the computer, what can you hear?: the cars driving down the street outside

7: When did you last step outside? what were you doing?: does the garden count? in that case yesterday to go pick up my book that I'd left outside.

8: What are you wearing?: jeans and a blue striped top.

10: Did you dream last night? I wish I knew... probably something including Brian, given what I read before going to sleep

11: When did you last laugh? hmm. Good question. Er... I don't have a clue. I can't keep track.

12: What is on the walls of the room you are in?: I'm in my parents' study, so... pictures of the deceased grandparents, of my parents' choir, of two of my siblings, of my dad back when he was in a brass band at uni, and a couple of old engravings.

13: Seen anything weird lately?: does an incredibly bad teenage show that's ruined all its potential qualify as weird? Otherwise... well, I suppose Farscape is kinda weird. Who else can you find talking in microts and arns? Or asking what the hezmanah is going on? Or cursing by saying frel? (Oh, right, me. I tend to do that. Saves you from being rude to non-Farscape-friendly ears.)

14: What do you think of this quiz?: *shrug* It's a quiz. A quiz is a quiz is a quiz.

15: What is the last film you saw?: Sur tes lèvres maybe? A great movie about a deaf girl who can read lips (Emmanuelle Devos), who teams up with an ex-con (Vincent Cassel). We French people sure can't make good TV shows, but we can make good movies. Oh, no, wait, it was actually Brannagh's Love's Labour's Lost. Gotta love the musical goodness.

16: If you became a multi-millionaire overnight, what would you buy first?: Joey's horse. Plane tickets to Iceland. A house in Vancouver. Plane tickets to California.

17: Tell me something about you that I don't know: who are you supposed to be that you should not know this about me? Let's say the average person. Er. The rabbit here, which I no longer wish to see dead since I don't live here anymore and consequently don't have to take bloody care of him, has been disfigured. In surgery.

18: If you could change one thing about the world, regardless of guilt or politics, what would you do?: I wouldn't. I don't think a little bit of magic, and whoo, everything's different!, is the answer we need. The journey's as important as the destination.

19: Do you like to dance?: hell yes!

20: George Bush: do I even need to answer that?

21: Imagine your first child is a girl, what do you call her?: Eliza! Well, if I have her with Jo. Otherwise... could be Sarah. Or Amber.

21: Imagine your first child is a boy, what do you call him?: Benn, or Ethan, Edan, Evan, Ewan (what, you sense a pattern?).

22: Would you ever consider living abroad?: I do.

That being said, I planned where to insert every quote, and who would say them, in our 10 things slash challenge last night. And they're in order. Indeed, people, be very afraid... I hope I'll have time to write it this week.

WE'RE GETTING FASTER, HARDER, SCOOTER

*kiss* I love you. I hope a few years from now, I'll be going down to Paris's City Hall for the same reason I went to Boston's today, with a ring for you in my pocket. *kiss*

I can't believe I'm saying this :-)

two things:

1/ If you do that one day I hope I'll be around

2/ do that in France and stay here you two

3/ Don't choose Paris, chose some place nice with a big green park.

And that's 3 oupss my bad...

First: don't worry, babe, I don't think we could do that without you in the vicinity. As for the country where it happens... let's *make* it happen here, yeah? I love Canada, but I'd love to be able to do it here, with the people I love.

And I'm totally with him Jo, let's not do it in Paris? ;)

I told you so!

"write it this week"? Ah, I knew it! I can already hear the the keys clicking in the night under the light and brief pression of quick and discreet fingertips.... ;-)
