You know, I'm not that surprised, although I'm pretty saddened by it. (I haven't actually read many of those at all.) But I really don't see Jack as someone who needs to top all the time. He's far too at ease with his sexuality for that. I could rant more about topping and bottoming but I'll stop while I'm ahead. :p
