This is gakked from entirely too many people to name them all.
~ If I were... ~
Someone famous? Hmm. I don't know if I could pull it off, but Drew Goddard would be great, or Russel T. Davis. Anyway, a writer of some sort, definitely.
A job? Writer.
A phobia? Fear of heights I'd say.
A flaw? Selfishness.
A virtue? Indepence of spirit.
A place? L'île du Goulet, in Erquy.
A useful item? A knife.
Female underwear? A black push-up bra, no lace. Simple and elegant.
Male underwear? Hmm. Can "no underwear at all" be an answer?
A body part? Eyes.
An element? Water.
A film? Stage Beauty.
A cartoon? Mulan.
A colour? Grey.
~ Do you... ~
Smoke? No.
Drink? Yes, with friends, or as an apéritif once in a while.
Have you ever truly been in love? Yes.
Are you easily influenced? Who isn't influenced by his or her environment? Now, easily... I guess that depends what for.
Do you need advice? Yes. Hearing other people's thoughts always helps me make up my mind, should it be by following it or realising that I don't want to.
Do you have friends? Yes.
~~ What is there... ~~
Under your bed? That is a very good question.
In your head? Too many characters, definitely.
On your desk? Such a mess that the thing hasn't been dusted in... I don't wanna think how long.
In your bag? Let's go for my handbag... My wallet, my discman with Turin Brakes in it, my little notebook, a pen, my ID...
In your dreams? My dreams-at-night, I hardly remember them. My dreams-in-life? Much progress in my writing and hence getting published, living out a wonderful life with
greenie_breizh, having good friends, being generally happy with my life...
In your fantasies? That's a question only Jo gets to have the answer to.
In your nightmares? The only nightmare I do remember had my boyfriend-at-the-time be a psycho, serial killer, who I was supposed to track down... except he got to me first and electrocuted me. The only time I ever woke up sobbing. Talk about being afraid of letting someone in.
~~ If you could change something... ~~
In your physical appearance? No bleedin' cellulite. That's something I really wish I hadn't got from my mother. (And probably more than most of you wanted to know.)
In your character? I would be able to open up more easily to those that have earned it.
In your behaviour? I wouldn't tease people I love so much.
In your life? Nothing really. I'm pretty happy with my life right now.
In your room? Probably bigger.
In the rest of your family? I would make my mother's side of the family not be a bunch of homophobes, and my father's side of the family live a bit closer to us.
~~ What makes you... ~~
Smile? Entirely too many things to name them all. But Joey and my friends, for sure.
Cry? Well-written character deaths and the sorrow of the ones I love. Being lost.
Get up in the morning? The prospect of not wasting the day away by sleeping. But even it would never be before 9... and most of the time it's not incentive enough, let's face it.
Go to bed at night? Usually the prospect of having to get up in the morning, but also tiredness once in a while.
Live? We might as well make the most of the cards we've been dealt. I like living. (What's a little pain compared to that?)
Love? Knowing that would take away part of its charm.
~~ What you like best... ~~
In your life? Knowing that I'm making the most of it.
In someone of the opposite sex? Connection. I mean, when things just click.
In someone of the same sex? The exact same thing.
Listening to? Something that fits my mood? These days punk and ska seem to do that a lot.
Doing? That's when my social and geeky sides conflict. 'Cause it's both being with people I love and immersing myself in fiction.
