I didn't see Oreius being brought back to life. And I did pay attention. If you're sure you did see him, I'm ok to believe you, but *I* saw him nowhere. Besides, I didn't even saw him being petrified by the special swords of the Witch. She used the others and just killed him. Period. Or at least that's what I saw. There too I'm ok to believe some people did see him being petrified. Screencaps would be welcome, though. ;-p
And anyway, whether or not I missed the Oreius thing, I *know* not everybody was saved. Many died during the battles. Only those who fought the Witch or who didn't get killed at once by the others but just wounded slightly enough to survive until Lucy's arrival (which might take hours for some of them) had a chance. That left plenty of people dead for good. They just didn't show it or mentionned it.
