1. Today I waited on Simon Woods. Well, not really, but he had the eyes and the mouth and ngh. I really kept wanting to make him smile. Again and again and again. I forgive him and his friend for only tipping me a few cents. Still no piano sex with JRM. Dude.

2. The bar is eating up my life.

3. Love and Other Disasters? Is wonderful and lovely, as far as romcoms go. I have such a squeeful crush on Matthew Rhys now. (Although I still like Jonathan Firth better as far as Byrons go.)

4. Starter for 10? Oh, my god, Simon. And heee Jamie! Fun, fun, fun.

5. Did I mention I'd read the second Lucifer Box novel and was now dying to fic fic fic? Unsurprisingly, I still haven't had time. In related news, upon hearing that the BBC was adapting the Vesuvius Club, [livejournal.com profile] queenspanky came up with the perfect casting: Rupert Penry-Jones for Lucifer, Callum Blue for Charlie. And JRM for Venus.

6. Sunshine? Is one of Danny Boyle's good movies. I loved it. So interesting and challenging and Chris Evans, of Fantastic Four 'fame' but who I'd never seen in anything, rocks, and Cillian is so pretty. Sometimes I forget how pretty that man is. Now I want to watch 28 Days Later again.

7. Hotel Babylon is fun. Max Beesley and Craig Kelly make me happy.

8. Lost bores me. The Tudors is wonderful but I still miss Rome liek whoa. The Dalek double parter we just had of Doctor Who failed to thrill me, despite David's amazing performance. I love Sam and Dean. I want to sex up Addison and Callie.

9. I'm sure I've forgotten stuff.

Have you seen the latest Midnighter issue? Ah, how I love Ennis... :D

The Japanese one? I've read the scans in the comm. I... wouldn't exactly say I love Ennis, actually. I - yeah. No. Sorry. Between the portrayal of feudal Japan and the utter emo-ness of it... sorry. It was fun, though, I'll give it that much. ;)

That's why I love him. If I saw something like that written by any other person, I would be the first with the flamethrower but Ennis? He makes all that stuff seem so FUN XD I laughed for 5 minutes when I read 'sodomites'

lol, yes, well, point. I don't know. And the previous issue? There were some kickass badass moments, and then there was Origami!Apollo. Seriously. I'm laughing at Ennis instead of with Ennis, you know? Anyway.

I read the description of the second Lucifer Box novel and I got scared off, because no Charlie saddens me. Is it still just as good?

I wish JRM would play Venus! But he's all, "I'm muscular and manly! No more of those wussy androgynous roles for me!" Which is depressing.

It seriously lacks Charlie, but I love Lucifer no matter what. It's worth it for Lucifer. But yeah, you feel the lack of Charlie from beginning to end.

I know! For shame, JRM. For shame.

'Starter for 10' is fun? Good to know. It's on my immediate to-watch queue.
And now I want get myself 'Love and Other Disasters' too. Does Matthew Rhys finally speak non-American there? I've been dying to finally hear him speak with his original accent.

I adored 'Sunshine'. It was terrific. And both Chris Evans and Cillian Murphy were the definite highlights of the movie. So much prettiness.

It's seriously fun.

What have you seen Matthew in with an American accent? Oh, that brother and sister show thing? Is it any good? I've only ever seen him in Beau Brummel and Love and other disasters (I think), both of which he speaks English in. Luuurvely. I adore him. He's fantastic in Love...

So much prettiness and prettiness that acts so well, too, with wonderful characters. Mace = total love.

Yeah, I only saw him in 'Brothers & Sisters'. And now I want more.
The show is actually quite endearing. It certainly grows on you. My main pet peeve is that they have this lovely Welsh chap there and they don't even let him speak his own language ;)

Mace = total love.
So true.

I sort of really want to see that. A friend had told me a lot of good about it and now that I've learned that Matthew was in it... Ah, we'll see, maybe this summer.

So, so true. I love that he totally came through, as in he applied his way of thinking to everybody, and in the end totally to himself, you know? That it wasn't just a "come on the mission first" for everybody not him. Oh, god, Mace.

Wait. There's no Charlie in the second novel? How could there be no Charlie? That just - what? WHAT?

I NEED to see Sunshine so very very badly, and JRM would, indeed, make the perfect Venus (ha!) if he hadn't just gotten his fool self checked into rehab for 'alcohol' abuse.

And I would love to steal that part-two link for DW off of you if you still have it.

Yes. I wish you hadn't read that! You'll see. Read. You'll read.

I know, right? What is it with everybody going into rehab these days? Pfft. Seriously.

Someone just needs to inform JRM that Fan' rehab is far superior to this other kind, and then I"m sure there will be plenty of piano sex. Because piano/pool table/any available surface sex makes everything all better.

I ♥ LOST. I haven't seen past the third episode of Tudors, but I want to. I wonder if they have a link posted for it yet. I'm still catching up on Grey's, but Addison and Callie so rule my face.

He can totally replace his alcoholism with Fan'sex addiction. It's a very healthy addiction, yes it is, and no those terms absolutely aren't antithetic. Shhh.

Lost is booooooring, sorry. Except for the hotness and the renewed Jack/Sawyer slashiness. Because, seriously. And oh, the Tudors rock. More tomorrow! Woot! Addison and Callie rule other parts of my body, too.

About the Simon lookalike? You should've seen him. He was so cute I wanted to squish him!
