I say I want this man for president. And if he can't be elected here because 1) he's not French and 2) the French would likely never vote for him (you'd have my vote, George!), well he should go for it in the States, damnit.
In other news. We watched the latest L Word episode last night. ( Spoilers for The L Word 3x10. )
I know I keep forgetting to talk about things I wanted to talk about. It annoys me greatly, and makes me think I should start taking notes. Anyway! We bought an external hard drive to store data on, and called him Hoban. It's the perfect name for him, and I love him already.I don't know if I'm more amused when he's plugged into Kaylee, Harken or Simon. ...I'm easily amused, so sue me.
I have a new pupil, a terminale (senior), which should hopefully prove interesting. Should find out next Tuesday. Yay!
Finally, the latest X3 trailer has actually revived my hopes for this movie. It just. Looks. Brilliant. And I want it to be. The fact that Halle Berry, Hugh Jackman and (Sir) Ian McKellen got into a debate during an interview about the question of the validity of looking for a cure for the mutants probably played a part, too. If they get that involved in the plot... parallelisms with a cure for homosexuality and blackness were obviously made. I got to it via whedonesque.com, if any of you is intrigued and wants to go look for it. I can't be bothered.
To finish, Nathan? Kindly don't die, kthx.
