Rescue Me icon post

All right, so when I started watching Rescue Me I couldn't stop 'capping and iconing. The black&white&colours are inspired by a batch of RM icons khohen1 had once linked to, back when I didn't even watch the show, by some very talented someone whose username I really can't recall, and whose style made a big impression on me. (That, and Pleasantville. You have to love Pleasantville.)

There aren't any icons of the latest episodes yet, partly because doing all those has abated my iconing urges some, partly because I haven't had time.

I love a lot of them, but I have to say I particularly have a thing for Mike's 47 and 48, Franco's "interested" and 32 and Tommy's 9. Wheee!

Mike's a cutie. His character is far from my favourite, but he's such a cutie.

I actually watched an ep of this on Sunday because you'd been waxing lyrical about it. It was good! I love Denis Leary with a passion, in anything he does.

I have, haven't I? *grins* And yay! I made someone watch it! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Denis Leary is simply amazing. I can't believe I didn't know him before this.

Really? Wow. His comedy routines are hysterical. He was in "Two If By Sea" which he saved from being just your average shitty romantic comedy by dint of being, well, himself.

Foreign comedy routines is something we don't really get over here. If it weren't for an English friend of mine, I would never have encountered the riot that is Eddie Izzard. And oh how I love Eddie Izzard. If Joey weren't so half-in-love with Ellen Degeneres, same for her! It's quite sad.

Now I feel like doing an Eddie Izzard icon.
