For any of you Browncoats, here's a very interesting and enlightening account of how the 'crusade' to save Firefly was orchestrated. I did not almost get teary when the cancellation was narrated, because that would be entirely too sadly geeky.

Also, people, I need your help. Convince me not to sign up for NaNoWriMo. Really, talk me out of it. gabby_silang, this is all your fault. Now I'm actually considering it, but... I really shouldn't get into it. Really shouldn't. I do not have time for this. Joey might possibly kill me. And I just don't. Have. Time! For this.

I mean, yeah, sure, I would have loved trying, but you know how it is, comments aren't really the best ways to convince someone. MSN might be better, but... Real life. There's nothing like real life. I could tie you to a chair for the whole month. Yanno. Efficiency. So, yeah, I would have loved trying talking you out of it, but right now it doesn't seem possible, because I have no time for it: I have to go to the kitchen to get an orange juice.

Besides, if you (or somebody else that's just as well-intentioned) tied me to a chair for the whole month, they might as well leave my arms free so I can type that bloody novel... since the point of me not doing it is time, and I shall have nothing but time should I be tied to said chair.

By the way, had time to watch A Knight's Tale yet? *wonders whether to expect love or scorn at the mention, since people seem to either GET that movie or... really not*

No, if you're just tied to a chair, you can still talk to Joey instead of being entirely focused on your story for a whole month. And she can untie you during the night, providing she has a way to lock the bedroom's door. Though locking Kaylee and Simon might be more efficient. *seeing weird images of the real Kaylee and Simon locked up together, and fighting them back with a giant devil fork*

Yeah, I did. And I made a post mentioning it in subtles way. It was called "Black Prince of Wales".
No mention to what I thought of the film, though, but there's definitely no scorn to wait for.

Haven't had time to watch the bonus and commented version, though. I thought I would, but I have no time left since Kay is here and am too tired when coming back home. In the worse case, I'll see it when in Brittany, if I can keep it a bit more.

Yeah, since monday, and until next thursday. She went in Kent first.
She's doing fine. But then she loves Paris.
Well, I have some troubles for the fun part because of problems with a certain someone who managed to make things go bad on Monday late evening/night. Grrr. But thanks to the lack of cell-phone and therefore sms or phonecalls, I think I can manage to forget him for a few days. That will do him some good. And since she's coming home tomorrow, I suppose we'll watch at the photo album of the California&Arizona trip, that should be cool and reminds us great memories. And she's bound to fall in love with Nunki.
She loves the French Serenity poster, btw...

I'm probably going there from the 27 to 31. I hope I can watch the DVD before, because it's way better on the DVD player than on the noisy laptop, but then my brother is in Paris too and whenever I come back home he is watching TV or a DVD.

I was brought some Irn Bru and Dr Pepper and Red Bull yesterday. I think I will spare them for group dinners. I love to freak people and disgust them. Ah, Irn Bru. *wbeg*

Hmm... *realises she also need to find back Rob's The Prisoner DVDs and watch them within the next two weeks* Yeah, I will definitely see some DVDs during Brittany.
And plan plot for NaNo. Have you made up your mind about it btw?

Irbn Bru is very... candy-like. At least for the smell. I drank it once from a bottle and without the smell, the taste was a lot less strange. And the color is bright pink. What we would call "fluo". You vaguely expect it to glow in the dark. *eg*
It's ok, I found a Red Bull ally, I know Noelle like it too.

Until it's too late? I think you can sign until November 21st. Good luck in resisting for still one more month. *eg* O:-)

Well, the use of a giant fork with her might be as noisy, even if it's a different kind of noise. Plus, there's nothing wrong about squeeing over Simon and Kaylee. I entirely support her.
But then, moderation is a good thing too and fangirls sometimes make me cringe. I entirely support you.
