I'm pretty certain the Bourne Ultimatum is getting made. There was a lukewarm review of the second draft of the script at Latino Review but I didn't want to prematurely sink people's boats so I didn't link to it. Like they said, the script is going to undergo so many changes before it gets shot, and it's the same writer as for the other two films so I don't see why it shouldn't also be fantastic by that stage. Also, Joan Allen is signed on to play Pam Landy again, and Matt Damon is definitely returning (once his schedule clears up, which means it'll probably be a while yet). I'm waiting on an interview with Paul Greengrass over at CHUD where he'll hopefully talk about whether he's going to direct it.
