Going picture-hunting for that Top 100 of mine is a rather tricky business. One minute you're traumatised by the Phelps twins' new haircut, the next you're OMFGing over the fact that David Tennant and Kelly Reilly did Look Back In Anger together. Am now seized by a rather overwhelming urge to reread that play. And picture those two as Jimmy and Allison. Just look at those pictures, especially that last one, dear gods. The intensity. Oh, how I wish I could have seen this.

Will now go crash in bed instead of diving into John Osbourne, as I am afraid that I have, horror of all horrors, resumed a more or less normal sleeping cycle (who'd have thought, with new year and all). shadesofbrixton, see what happens when you're not around to keep me awake through the night? For shame.

Thank you! It's just... chilling, that shot is. It's a play by John Osbourne, and I studied it for two years in high school.

I don't think I'll add any text. Even if I could think of something after I reread the play, I'd be too afraid to ruin it! Thank you.

It is the grin, and not the new haircut, that is to blame. After having checked out entirely too many pictures to find which one to use in my post, trust me, I know. It was hell to find one on which they both looked good, because one of them doesn't look that good when smiling dammit! I finally settled on the one I did because the one who looked good on it looked ever so good on it. It would be a damn shame to cut back on the smiling.

Um wow. Those David Tennant pictures? WOW. He looks like he's either going to jump her, or he's going to run off and kill some people like a crazy insane maniac. And for some reason? That's REALLY hot! :D

I do not know why they cut it! Shaaaame! And yes, I like the colour too, even though I'm rather partial to red. Just look at them with the right haircut (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v385/rachelsfanland/JOP/jopfromheather2.jpg) and the brown hair (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v385/rachelsfanland/JOP/jopfromheather.jpg). Adorable.

He looks like he's going to do both of those, actually. One of the things I like most about David is how intense his performances can get. And that? is definitely intensity. (Besides, Kelly Reilly is so very beautiful, and I love that play. Ngh.)

Exactly. The poor hairdresser probably went "well I can't very well stop now, it would be admitting I screwed up!" Or he did the one, and acknowledged his mistake and offer not to cut the second twin's hair, who courageously (but foolishly) decided he ought to suffer the same fate as his brother. Ugh. Either way, it sucks.

Yes, his character isn't exactly friendly. Or nice. More with possibly scary. Damn I need to find time to reread that play!
